Are you wondering if it's worth it to hire a professional carpet cleaner?
The answer is, yes.
Absolutely it’s worth it. In fact, hiring a pro will save you money and time…
And we don’t just say this because we’re carpet cleaners. We’ve been in the business long enough to know not all carpet cleaners are equal.
For example, if your friendly and well-meaning neighbour told you she saved a bunch of money renting the green machine at the grocery store.

Imagine your carpet is a filter, much like the one in your A/C unit, furnace or car.
It captures all the bacteria, pollen, dust, pet hair, allergens and all the other gross stuff that builds up over time.
Now, you most likely change those filters every 6 months to a year.
But what about your carpets? If they aren’t changed or cleaned regularly, where do you think all that gross stuff goes?
We’ll tell you.
It stays in your carpets even if you vacuum once a week or more.
Now, imagine breathing in all those impurities every day in your home.
Doesn’t sound very healthy, does it?
One of the best things you can do for your health, and your kids and pets, is have your carpets professionally cleaned once a year.
And by professional, we don’t mean renting that machine your ‘helpful’ neighbour told you about (we’ll spare you the gruesome details of DIY’ers we’ve cleaned up after who thought they’d save a buck).
We mean getting trained and certified professionals with top of the line equipment into your home to do the job right.
Aside from the health benefits of cleaning your carpets once a year, it’s also good for the longevity of your carpets.
Regular cleaning will significantly extend the life of your carpet and delay needing to spend extra money to replace them.

FAQ:
We kindly ask our customers to vacuum all the carpeted areas before our arrival and get rid of debris and chunks from the carpet. Please note that our process requires access to hot water (kitchen sink, mud room sink etc) where we top our buckets up. Waste water must be disposed into a toilet.
We always move all the light furniture (dining chairs, coffee tables, night stands, etc.) to be able to clean as much carpet as possible. We don’t move heavy furniture like beds, L-sectional couches etc. Please let us know if you would like us to clean underneath heavy furniture, otherwise we will proceed around with focus on exposed and main traffic areas.
You can walk on the carpets right after the cleaning. But please mind your step to avoid any injury as the freshly cleaned carpets could be slippery, especially on stairs or when walking on hard flooring with wet feet.
The carpets usually dry within 8 to 10 hours (staircases might take a bit longer, up to 12 hours). You can speed up the drying by following: air circulation, venting the moisture, cranking the heat up, turning the bathroom fans on, less walking on the carpet the better, turning the kitchen fan on.
Yes, we clean oriental rugs on daily basis. In order to avoid any issues with materials underneath (hardwood, vinyl, solid carpets), we are limited to lower water pressure which delivers slightly less efficient cleaning. If your rug is heavily soiled, deeper cleaning is required. In that case we highly recommend taking the rug down to Vancouver to a specialized facility.
We have your back! Sanitizing effects of our chemicals, high temperatures of deep steam clean and sucking power of our vacuum units are fairly effective against moths. We highly recommend a combination of deep steam carpet cleaning and following ozone treatment which will remove all infestation permanently.
An area is a standard size bedroom, set of 13 stairs, area rug 10×10, living room 10×10, etc.
Wrinkles or wavy appearance is caused by moisture and poorly stretched carpet. Whole carpet surface lays down when fully dry.
STAIN REMOVAL:
Of course we can! Yet perfect outcome is never certain. Urine, puke or other pet accidents are of acidic nature. Fibres might get chemically burned. In general, when those accidents happen, please pick up the solids immediately. Dry the spot with paper towel to get most of the liquids out (just taping, no scrubbing). Mild mixture of water and baking soda helps to neutralize the spot when sprayed. Professional extraction is still needed! Call to book an appointment with us and never spray any chemicals on the stain yourself. You may accidentally damage the fibres.
First, take a paper towel and try to remove as much liquid from the carpet as possible. Mild mixture of water and baking soda helps to neutralize the liquid, it can be easily sprayed over the stain. Call us for professional extraction afterwards!
We always do our best to remove all the stains but we can’t be 100% successful every time. There’s loads of variables that affect the outcome. For example origin of the stains, how long they’ve been on the carpet, material of the carpet itself, exposure to sunlight or temperatures. Some of the stains can only fade after cleaning, and some are long permanent spots that will remain even after several attempts. In those cases we can confirm only chemical discolouration as all the compounds are extracted by our processes.
We would highly recommend using baking soda as it neutralizes pH. Mild mixture of water and baking soda can highly affect odds of getting the stains out, especially when it’s wine, coffee, urine or other liquid based accidents. Professional extraction is necessary after using soda.
Smelly carpet usually indicates residual dirt. Our team uses highly effective carpet extractors and specialized cleaning products to remove and prevent any smell from remaining in the carpet. If necessary, deodorizer or ozone can be used to multiply odour removal effects.
